  • RCIA is an abbreviation for
    The Rite of Christian Initiation
    for Adults.
    RCIA is a process of faith formation and prep
    aration
    for those who wish to become Catholic.
    Though the process is directed to those who are not yet baptized,
    those baptized in another Christian Church,
    those bap
    tized as Catholic but were not raised in the faith
    and or
    do not practice it anymore.

    In addition all practicing Catholics or those that
    sometime
    question their faithfulness are invited.
    Our first meeting
    will be
    Wednesday evening, September 1.
    Meetings will
    be each Wednesday throughout the year,
    culminating
    with the Easter Vigil, April 16,2022.

    A schedule will be available at first meeting.
    Meeting
    time is 7:00 PM until approximately 8:30 PM.
    Meetings
    will take place in the Conference Room
    in the parish hall.

    R.I.C.A.
    El Rito de Iniciación Cristiana de Adultos (RICA) es un
    pro
    ceso designado para adultos que,
    respondiendo a la gracia
    de Dios,
    desean convertirse en nuevos miembros de la

    Iglesia Católica.
    El programa RICA está determinado para

    aquellos adultos que:

    • No han sido bautizados y desean formar parte de la
    Iglesia Católica a través del los Sacramentos de
    Ini
    ciación Cristiana.

    • Han sido bautizados en otra comunidad cristiana y
    buscan la comunión plena con la Iglesia Católica.

    • Fueron bautizados en la fe católica en su infancia peroque
    no recibieron los sacramentos de la Confirmación

    y la Eucaristía.

    el proceso del RICA es un camino espiritual que pasa por
    etapas de oración, discernimiento y enseñanza del estilo
    de vida católico. El punto culminante del proceso sucede
    en la Pascua, que es cuando aquellos que se han estado
    preparando para recibir los Sacramentos de Iniciación son
    bautizados, confirmados y bienvenidos a la mesa eucarística
    .

    El grupo del RICA iniciará en Septiembre, los Domingos a
    las 2:30pm en el salón de juntas en la planta baja del templo
    . Le invitamos a todo aquel feligrese, familiar o amigo

    que desee inscibirse de hablar con el Sr. Felipe Juan lo
    más pronto posible.
